Please reach out to us at TallardMadison@gmail.com to start the Sublet process. Sublessees will first need to submit an application so that we can send an electronic Sublet Agreement through our property management software to be signed. A $100.00 administrative fee is required to be paid and will be applied to the house/apartment account when the sublet agreement has been sent out. After the sublet agreement has been signed by everyone named on the lease, we will start processing the sublessees application. Sublessees will need to have 12 months of good rental history completed with a Landlord at the time they applied. If not, a co-signer is required.
